Overview: This session will consist of a presentation panel, followed by a larger facilitated roundtable discussion. The goal of this session is to identify multi sectoral demand aggregation synergies and benefits for mass scale green hydrogen use in/near ports, and evaluate key questions:
Who are the players in the green hydrogen supply chain – producers, off-takers, etc., and how will green hydrogen be used in the power sector?
How will at-scale green hydrogen accelerate adoption of zero emission alternatives?
What are the multi sectoral off take opportunities in/around ports, and how are ports a unique gateway to accelerate green hydrogen export?
What are the emissions benefits for local communities and other environmental justice considerations?
