Founded in 2019, the Green Hydrogen Coalition (GHC) is the only 501(c)3 non-profit dedicated to deploying green hydrogen at scale for multi-sectoral decarbonization.
The GHC’s core work focuses on education, coalition building, and market development for green hydrogen. Our initiatives focus on policy and market development efforts that together will drive the North American green hydrogen market.
Green Hydrogen is a GHG-free energy source that can be used across sectors, transforming and decarbonizing power, transportation, industry, agriculture, mining, and more.
Green Hydrogen Guidebook - 2nd Edition
The 2nd Edition of the Green Hydrogen Guidebook is out now! This comprehensive and accessibly written guidebook is designed to increase understanding of green hydrogen production and distribution, safety, applications and use cases, value proposition, barriers and challenges, and policy and regulatory drivers and recommendations.
Winning Hearts And Minds
The GHC’s Consumer Education initiative aims to provide accessible, credibly sourced information to the public about the benefits of green hydrogen and to dispel misconceptions. To support continued education, policy, and market development for green hydrogen, the GHC launched gh2forclimate.org, which highlights green hydrogen value streams with objective, accessible content that seeks to build trust and alignment.
